Return Policy
CostumeVille is committed to your satisfaction! You may return your unused purchase within 30 days of the ship date - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING (Please do not tape return label to product packaging – use a shipping bag or box). Returned item(s) must be unused. You can try on as much as you want! Just know that if the product gets dirty or damaged in the process of trying it on, it’s no longer eligible for return. Sorry! Things to watch for while trying on a product:
- Smoke or other strong odors
- Pet hair
- Deodorant stains
- Dirty floors (walking on items and leaving footprints)
- Perfume or cologne
- Broken Safety Seals
1. Please include your order number on the return label or inside the package (we find it easiest to place the packing slip inside your return). If item is defective or damaged in shipping, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
3. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we require that you contact us within 48 hours after delivery to report the lost package. Please keep in mind that CostumeVille is not responsible for any stolen packages.
4. Due to health laws, we are unable to accept items that go inside the mouth, used makeup and/or item(s) of an intimate nature (i.e. lingerie, etc…). Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping using the carrier of his/her choice (we suggest using a service with tracking).
5. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or deny a refund on returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
